COMPAS is a configurable Windows® desktop application built on the .NET framework with a SQL Server database, compatible with Windows 10 and 11. The current release is 7.1.

COMPAS encrypts data on the user's computer for maximum security, and COMPAS-BAM uses the Federal AES encryption standard. Both support Active Directory authentication.

Yes. Harvest includes a State Payment System Interface along with API validation for SAM.gov UEI numbers and address entries.
